Danielle Marino, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Divisions of Gastroenterology and Clinical Genetics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She is the Medical Director of the Wilmot Cancer Institute Hereditary Cancer Screening and Risk Reduction Program, and the Program Director of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship Program. Dr. Marino received her medical degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She completed her internal medicine residency at Yale University School of Medicine, and her Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Rochester. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. She has a particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease, colon cancer screening and prevention, and the diagnosis and management of hereditary cancer syndromes. Dr. Marino is the co-editor of DDSEP9 and DDSEP10.
